The control tenant is distinct from product tenants. Use it only for Identity administration.

Local managed tenant issuers use subdomains under identity.lookandtry.localhost:8084. The .localhost suffix resolves to loopback without editing /etc/hosts on conforming systems.

Treat issuer values as opaque, exact origins. Do not rewrite a development issuer into a production issuer or remove its port. A token remains valid only in the namespace that issued it.
